Aluminium
Aluminium is available in either round roll form or cast aluminium in a traditional finish with eared collars or a contemporary finish in round or square. These are available in any colour, in special order.
PVC
PVC downpipes are available in round or square shapes with a choice of colour finishes.
Fascia, Soffit, Bargeboards and Cladding
Replacing fascia, soffit, bargeboards and cladding in uPVC or wood is a great way to improve the look of your home.
uPVC is a great option to choose, being maintenance-free and available in white or a coloured wood grain finish (black, mahogany, oak and rosewood). This is a product manufactured by Kestral.
Fascia
We offer a complete renewal system whereby the existing fascia board is removed and replaced with a thick uPVC fascia.
This process involves checking the rafters for rot and if necessary replacing them with new timber.
If the underlying felt is found to have also perished, this will not be a problem as all-new fascias are fitted with a plastic damp course between the roof tiles and the fascia.
Soffit
We can offer a 9mm thick uPVC soffit board which can be supplied in either a plain flat soffit giving a smooth clean finish (this is also available ventilated).
Alternately, a vee grooved soffit can be provided which is ideal when a wide soffit is required for porches and overhanging bays. These soffit lengths are interlocking, so any width can be supplied.
Bargeboards
These are fitted to the edge of the roof apex.
As they are highly visible, a decorative architrave can be fitted to give an attractive finish.
If the roof tiles need re-pointing at this stage, it will not pose a problem for our skilled team.
Cladding
Cladding boards are used to cover the outside walls of a property either horizontally or vertically.
The boards are available in either 100mm (4inch) vee grooved style or 150mm (6inch) shiplap style
